Submissions must follow all guidelines outlined below or will not be published. Note that we can never guarantee publishing based on our content volume. If your submission is approved, we'll respond with a publishing date.
In order to be considered for publishing, your post must:
Demonstrate subject-matter expertise and build thought leadership in the area of human resources
Be 100% original content and never published online before
Follow JazzHR's stylistic guidelines (see below)
Focus on learning, not the promotion of a product/service
We cannot accept any posts that:
Pitch or promote services, solutions or products
Mention products, solutions or services in a promotional way
Are offensive or inaccurate
Present overly critical views of individuals or companies
Exist only as link-building schemes
Include content from competitors
Cover a topic that we've previously featured
Posts should meet the following stylistic and formatting guidelines:
700-1000 words
Present topics in the form of a list, how-to guide, tips + tricks or trends
Write in a conversational manner using present, imperative tense and active voice
Speak directly to the audience without unnecessary fluff language
Be fact-checked and cites sources appropriately via a hyperlink (e.g. According toGoogle Trends)
Include an image every 350 words, along with an engaging caption
Include an author byline with your name, title, and a URL to your website or blog
Use bullets when appropriate without over bulleting
Make paragraphs short (no longer than four sentences each)
Include 1-3 internal links (to other posts on JazzHR's Blog)
Include1-3 external links (from other credible sources)
