The economy is rapidly recovering and businesses must compete in order to attract top talent. JazzHR’s 8,500+ SMB customers increased new job creation by 142% from January through the end of June. Candidate applications, though, haven't kept up with this same pace.

Adaptability Takes Center Stage

In a recent survey, 40% of JazzHR customers said they now prioritize adaptability as a top skill in candidates. And they're practicing what they preach: the pandemic has accelerated business’ shift to digital hiring processes. Hiring teams increased the number of electronic documents they sent by 61% from January through the end of June.
