Trends from JazzHR's 6,000+ Customers

Job-Creation Recovery

As a result of COVID-19, new job creation among JazzHR’s 6,000+ SMB customers decreased by 60% between the first week of March and second week of April. After five weeks of decline, JazzHR customers began creating jobs at a steadily increasing rate and have continued to do so into the summer months. With states across the U.S. slowly reopening, job creation in JazzHR has thus far rebounded by 48%.

Rebound in Candidate Traffic

Mirroring the job-creation trends, candidate volume also slowed after the shock of COVID-19, dropping 31% between the first week in March to the second week in April. It quickly recovered—now above pre-coronavirus levels—as the economy begins to open and candidates reengage in active job seeking.
